See you for SEASPACE 2007 on March 31 & April 1, 2007, at the Reliant Center!
Each year, over 200 people volunteer to work at the SEASPACE Weekend. These unselfish people give their time in order to make our show the best ever. Most only work a few hours, but there are always a few that insist on being available the whole weekend! Our volunteers are the number one reason why SEASPACE is the finest public dive show in the nation.

What do our volunteers do?
Our volunteers look after all the "little" jobs that need to be done during this very busy weekend. For example, these are the main areas where we make use of their talents:

When Do You Need Me?
Just a few hours of your time, over the course of the SEASPACE weekend can make a big difference. Most shifts are about 3 hours. We need people from first thing Friday morning, up until late Sunday afternoon.
Our Volunteers have a wonderful opportunity to help the diving community and receive a free Volunteer T-shirt. And then after SEASPACE is over, we have the Volunteer Appreciation Party (time and place TBA).
How Do I Become a SEASPACE Volunteer?
Download the SEASPACE 2007 Volunteer Form:

Please note, when you click on the file and open it, if you receive a message that says, "This file may contain newer information than this viewer can support. . ." you can safely ignore that message.
If you have problems downloading the file:
Please allow enough time for download over a slow internet connection. If indicators on your internet browser show that the download is progressing (messages and progress bar in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window, spinning or glowing icon at the upper right of your browser, etc.) and suddenly your internet connection is terminated, you might just try again -- ordinary phone lines do fail sometimes with large data files. Make sure your connection to your internet service provider (ISP) is not set to time out too soon; consult your ISP for details. Or if your screen goes dark and the download is terminated, make sure your computer's power saver options are turned off.
Second, the SEASPACE 2007 Volunteer Form must be viewed and printed with Acrobat Reader 4.0 (and above). If you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer and clicking on the link above for the Exhibitor Information Packet does not display the document in your interenet browser, do this:
- Using the right button on your mouse, click here: SEASPACE 2007 Volunteer Form.
- Select "Save Target As..." from the menu that appears.
- Follow the prompts and save the files to your local hard drive. Note the file name (2007VolForm.pdf) and directory location on your hard drive.
- Start your Adobe Acrobat Reader program, and open the files you just saved to your hard drive (File --> Open...). You can print the files using your Adobe Acrobat Reader program (File --> Print...).
If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer it is available free of charge from Adobe Systems Incorporated. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader, simply click on the icon below:
